Surgery Is Not The Only Way
Time flies! It’s been 7 years since my son, Peter Lim, did his first round of Detoxification & Rejuvenation Programme (DRP).
In February 2000, Peter then 15-years-old, was diagnosed with having stones in his liver ducts. “The only way to cure Peter is to have a liver surgery!” the surgeon said. I asked him if the surgery would guarantee that no further stones be lodged in the other liver ducts. His response was not encouraging at all. Surgery wasn’t a permanent solution. We were stunned and devastated.
For the next few days, we prayed earnestly. God is indeed good and gracious. He provided a way out for Peter. To cut a long story short, by divine arrangements, Dr. Lynn ‘happened’ to be in Petaling Jaya en-route from Australia to Sabah. We ‘happened’ to meet at a time where we were able to understand better the DRP, and decided on the spot that that was the way to go.
Before he was due for his second MRI cum appointment with a renowned liver surgeon in Singapore. Peter went through a 14-day DRP and flushed out some really big stones and many other smaller ones. The pronouncement from the surgeon on seeing the second set of MRI slides? “Well, there is no need for surgery now. Only need conservative management.”
The blood tests to check his liver enzymes went from monthly to quarterly to yearly. All enzymes were back to normal. As a family, we have adopted a healthier lifestyle by taking distilled water, fresh juices, more fruits & vegetables, less meat etc. The bottom line?
We are healthier, happier and very thankful to God for the new lease of life. Sometime in August 2005, Peter felt some discomfort again. He had laid off the DRP for 5 years now. He knew he had to rid his body of the toxins accumulated over the years. In the third year in Engineering school, his schedule didn’t permit the full DRP so he went on a daily morning routine of coffee enema whilst paying more attention to his diet. In no time, the pain was gone.
In mid-2006, Pete signed up for the Putrajaya Marathon. He had never done this before, but finished the 21 km race in less than 3 hours. In November 2006, he did the 10 km run in less than an hour. In the same month, he also did a 7-day DRP in anticipation of the fact that he might have to leave home for work opportunities outside of the Klang Valley.
True enough, he did well in his studies and was hired by an American multinational company servicing the Oil & Gas industry. Peter is currently undergoing 6 months intensive training in Singapore and UK before his posting in Johore.
All praise and glory be to God for His grace, goodness and mercy. And thanks be to Dr. Lynn and the team at NewLife.
