Free From Gastric, Dry Flu, Cough

I was plagued by gastric problems for many years. Owing to work constraints, I sometimes skipped breakfast or lunch and this always triggered my gastric so badly that I felt dizzy and nauseous.

Adding on to my gastric problems, I also had arthritic-like pains especially at my knees as well as dry flu and I was constantly coughing. There was a lot of phlegm in the back of my throat. Doctors and specialists prescribed medication but there was little improvement.
