Wholemeal High Fibre Bread Mix

Contents : Freshly ground Wholemeal Flour, Bran and Active Yeast

Nett weight : 380gm x 4 packets

Wholesome Saltless Bread Recipe

Ingredients :

• 250ml water
• 2 rounded tablespoon NewLife Pure Raw Honey
• 1 egg (optional)
• 60gm butter or 60ml cooking oil
• 1 packet of NewLife Wholemeal High Fibre Bread Mix (A)
• Packet (B)

1. Place kneading blad on shaft in Bread Pan.
2. Put all the ingredients into the Bread Pan in order listed above.
3. Insert Bread Pan in Bread Maker.
4. Under BREAD MANUAL, press “WHOLEWHEAT”.
5. Under “BAKING CONTROL”, select crust color (‘MEDIUM’ is recommended for the first loaf).
6. Press “START”.
7. At the end of the cycle, remove bread using oven mitt.
8. Enjoy your very own wholesome homemade bread!

Variation : If you desire a more savory bread and you are not under sodium restriction, you may add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
